snow ball cookies [my grandma's recipe]

My grandma makes these cookies every year for christmas so I thought I'd share the recipe! They are really easy to make and they don't have egg so you can eat as much dough as your heart desires ;) [they are some of my favorites!]

Ingredients

2 cups butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup pecans

Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Cream softened butter thoroughly. Slowly add sugar.
Stir in vanilla; add flour and mix well. After the dough is mixed, add the pecans and fold in with your hands.

Form cookies into small balls and place on a baking sheet
Bake for 10-12 minutes [or until golden brown on the bottom]

After the cookies are done cooling roll them in the powdered sugar
