orange cupcakes

yes. i have been away for a while. trying to get things squared away with my new blog-site.

i will be posting more pictures shortly and probably some recipes...got a few wedding cakes coming
up that I am really excited about as well.



these were so good! orange cake and homemade whipped cream with orange zest. i really like whipped cream
because it tastes so much lighter than buttercream. not as rich and heavy. [although I try not to make mine too rich,
no matter what it is!]
I've been trying not to bake as much because we really don't need it around the house. I did some cupcakes for
a wedding this past weekend and ended up throwing a bunch of the extra ones out. bittersweet really :)
